Effective date: Tuesday 11th August 2026

Welcome to Soul Support Holistic Wellness. We believe that wellbeing is personal, and that creating a safe, respectful and supportive space is an important part of the work we do.

By accessing or using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with Soul Support Holistic Wellness, you agree to be guided by these Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to read them. They are here to create clarity, mutual respect and a shared understanding of how our services work. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. About Soul Support Holistic Wellness

Soul Support Holistic Wellness offers a range of holistic and complementary wellness services created to support wellbeing, personal growth, relaxation, self-care and connection.

Our offerings may include, but are not limited to, holistic wellbeing sessions, complementary wellness practices, guidance, workshops, consultations and other services described on our website from time to time.

Our services and offerings may naturally evolve, and we reserve the right to change, update or discontinue services where needed.

2. Wellness Disclaimer

Our work is centred around holistic and complementary wellbeing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional healthcare advice.

Any information shared through our website, sessions, resources or communications is provided for general wellness and educational purposes.

Your health and wellbeing are deeply personal. If you have a medical condition, are experiencing symptoms, take medication, are undergoing treatment or have any health concerns, we encourage you to speak with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or believe that you or another person is at immediate risk, please contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

3. Individual Experiences and Results

Every person is different, and every wellbeing journey is unique.

While we offer our services with care, integrity and intention, we cannot promise or guarantee any particular result, outcome, transformation or benefit.

Your experience may be influenced by many individual factors, and any testimonials, reviews or examples shared on our website reflect the personal experiences of those individuals only. They should not be understood as a promise or guarantee that you will experience the same results.

4. Your Responsibility

Your wellbeing is a shared responsibility.

When booking or participating in a service, you agree to provide information that is accurate and relevant to your participation, particularly where information may affect your ability to safely receive a service.

Where relevant to the service, please let us know about any health conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, injuries or other circumstances that may reasonably affect your participation.

You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing decisions and for seeking appropriate professional advice when needed.

We may decline, postpone, modify or discontinue a session where we reasonably believe this is necessary for your wellbeing, safety or the safety of others.

5. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments are available subject to our current availability.

When making a booking, please provide accurate contact and appointment information. We may contact you in relation to your booking, including for confirmations, reminders, changes or cancellations.

While we do our best to honour every booking, there may be occasions where we need to refuse or cancel a booking due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, service availability or concerns about whether a service can be provided safely and appropriately.

Arriving under the influence

For the wellbeing and safety of everyone involved, please arrive for your appointment in a clear and appropriate state to participate.

If you attend a booking under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Soul Support Holistic Wellness reserves the right to end or decline the session at our sole discretion.

In these circumstances, your booking fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. Where possible, we ask that you give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our current cancellation and rescheduling requirements will be communicated at the time of booking or displayed on our website.

Where a cancellation policy applies, cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in a cancellation fee and/or forfeiture of the booking fee.

The booking fee may also be retained to help cover the time, preparation and session-related costs involved in holding your space.

Any applicable cancellation fee will be clearly communicated before it is charged.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable Australian legislation.

7. Fees and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Our pricing may change from time to time. The price applicable to your appointment or service will be the price communicated or displayed at the time you make your booking.

Payment must be made using the payment method made available by Soul Support Holistic Wellness.

If a payment is declined or remains outstanding, we may suspend or cancel the relevant service or booking, subject to your rights under Australian law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

We respect and support your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. These may include guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, be reasonably fit for a particular purpose where applicable, and be provided within a reasonable time where no timeframe has been agreed.

To the extent permitted by law, any limitation of our liability will apply only as permitted under applicable Australian law.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take care to provide our services in a safe, respectful and professional manner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Support Holistic Wellness will not be responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
