An invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with your heart.

Ceremonial Cacao Journeys offer a beautiful space to pause from the busyness of everyday life and turn inward.

Beginning with a warm cacao ceremony, you are invited to settle into your body, set an intention and create space for whatever you may be carrying. Through guided meditation, breath, gentle somatic awareness, shamanic journeying and immersive sound, the experience becomes an opportunity to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Cacao has been traditionally used in ceremony as a sacred plant food and as a way of gathering in community and intention. In this journey, we honour that ceremonial spirit while creating a grounded and inclusive experience.

You may be invited to explore:

  • Connection with your heart and inner self

  • Intentions for healing, growth or personal transformation

  • Emotions or feelings that are ready to be acknowledged

  • A deeper sense of presence and embodiment
