What is shamanism

Shamanism is a spiritual practice in which a practitioner engages with the spirit world by entering altered states of consciousness, such as trance. The primary goal is often to channel spirits or spiritual energies into the physical realm, facilitating healing, divination, or providing assistance to individuals in various capacities.

Shamanic Energy Healing will support you to work through the following:

  • Childhood trauma affecting your adult life

  • Rebalancing and regulating your nervous system

  • Mental, emotional, physical and sexual abuse

  • Stress, anxiety, depression and fear

  • Reconnecting you to your higher purpose and calling

  • Grief and loss of a love one.

  • Emotional heartache and pain

  • Feeling ungrounded, confused and lost

  • Addressing unhealthy energetic blocks, beliefs and attachments across the ages

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Spiritual crisis and awakenings

  • Supporting you to reach your potential

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we gather, the Darkinung and the Awabakal people of Lake Macquarie, and honour Elders past, present, and emerging.
We recognise the ancient wisdom, deep connection, and sacred relationship Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples hold with the land, waters, and the spirit of Country.
As we hold space for healing, we do so with reverence, respect, and gratitude — honouring the land that supports and carries us.
